CDL is proposing a Champions Way Singapore concept, with designs focused on inter-generational and eco-friendly living. With that, CDL wants to create a harmonious living community through features that promote energy efficiency and social interactions. It also plans to include a swimming pool, an outdoor fitness corner, barbecue area, clubhouse and children’s playground.
CDL has submitted a bid of $295.7 million for the construction of a residential development with four 11-storey buildings, comprising around 350 units, as well as an early childhood development center and an underground parking facility. This bid is 8.3% higher than the next most expensive offer of $272.3 million.
